Financial Management Seminar

In 2000, The National Air Transportation Association (NATA) asked ARGI to assist in developing a seminar to help new managers of various aviation service businesses learn the basics of financial management. Reading a financial statement was something the typical supervisor had never been exposed to, and was a real determent for those moving up to management. The resulting “Financial Management Tools and Techniques” is an intensive 2-day seminar offered by NATA that achieves the goal of understanding the Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Report, and then some. Participants are challenged to plan, budget and execute pro-actively in order to ensure ongoing profitability, and better financial results than simply waiting for the next monthly P&L. Instructors include ARGI Professionals and other industry veterans who offer current examples and case studies from real-life situations in the industry.
